Hello, I assist in bookkeeping for the company. Accounts receivable and payroll are all part of my daily tasks, accounts payable includes billing and invoicing vendor accounts.
Working closely with our Operations Manager and Property Managers, he is in charge of handling the maintenance and repair work orders that owners have approved for repairs. Some of our repair jobs are assigned to Licensed Vendors* like plumbers or electricians.
Our maintenance department is fast when making a rental unit "rent ready" as we know time wasted is money lost.

Jermaine also manages all of our 90 Day and 180 Day Inspections*. Takes photos inside and outside, plus writes a compressive report which he emails to owners with his recommendations. He then coordinates with the APM or Property Manager assigned to the owners file to get a full report with photos to our owners in a timely manner, to ensure we always have good communication with our owners. His report will give recommendations of any maintenance needed with estimated cost if any. -don Sr.
